This notice describes how the SCORCH website currently handles personal data, public blockchain information, optional analytics, support chat, and form submissions. It applies to the website and presale interface, not to independent wallets, blockchains, exchanges, or third-party websites.

Information We Process
Wallet and blockchain data. When you connect a wallet or submit a transaction, the site may process your public wallet address, selected network, transaction hash, token amounts, and transaction status. Blockchain records are public and may remain permanently available on Ethereum.
Verified public metrics. Public wallet addresses and verified purchase or burn transaction data may be copied into SCORCH databases, including Supabase, to display leaderboards, purchase history, and burn statistics.
Contact and early-access forms. When you submit a form, we may process your name, email address, message, subscription status, and related delivery information. Resend is used for contact-email delivery and early-access contact management.
Technical and security data. Hosting, security, RPC, wallet-connection, and infrastructure providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, request logs, network identifiers, and error data needed to deliver and protect the service.
Support conversations. When Tawk.to chat is enabled and used, chat messages and related technical information may be processed to provide support.
Optional Services and Consent
Optional analytics and support services are off until you choose them. Rejecting optional services does not disable essential wallet connection, presale, security, or blockchain functions.

The site stores your privacy selection in browser local storage under scorch_privacy_preferences_v1. You can reopen the settings at any time using the “Privacy choices” button displayed on the website.
How Information Is Used
- Operate wallet connections and presale transactions.
- Verify purchases and burns against Ethereum records.
- Display public transaction metrics and leaderboards.
- Respond to support requests and manage early-access contacts.
- Protect the website, investigate abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Measure campaign and page performance only when analytics consent has been granted.
- Meet applicable legal, accounting, and security obligations.
Service Providers and International Processing
SCORCH relies on service providers for hosting, email delivery, databases, blockchain RPC access, wallet connection, analytics, and live chat. These may include Vercel, Resend, Supabase, Ethereum RPC providers, Reown or WalletConnect, Meta, and Tawk.to. Providers may process information in countries outside your own and apply their own privacy terms and retention settings.
Retention and Public Blockchain Records
Public blockchain transactions cannot be deleted by SCORCH. Form, support, database, and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for their operational, security, legal, or reporting purpose, subject to provider configuration and applicable law. Removing data from a SCORCH database does not remove the corresponding public Ethereum transaction.
Your Choices and Requests
- Reject optional analytics and chat before they load.
- Change future optional-service choices at any time.
- Disconnect your wallet from the website.
- Unsubscribe from marketing or early-access emails.
- Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where those rights apply to off-chain personal data.
Privacy requests can be sent to support@scorchtoken.com. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. A wallet signature may be requested when a request concerns a wallet address.
Security and Wallet Safety
The website uses HTTPS and access controls intended to protect off-chain information. SCORCH does not require your wallet seed phrase or private key. Never provide either through chat, email, a form, or a website prompt. No security control eliminates all risk.
Children and Policy Changes
The website is not intended for children. This notice may be updated when providers, features, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
